• The road has come up deep into the area only because of our resort has come up in such area surrounded by paddy fields and lake.
• In order to conserve a cultural heritage of the state of Kerala—Kalaripayattu – the oldest martial arts of the world – we have formed a “Kalari” troop. Thus, we are keeping alive a tradition of martial arts that has immense medical utility also.
• We are able to have the impact on the health status of the people by the services of our hospital and clinic which function daily.
• Our cottages are built in the traditional Kerala Architectural style and hence we could support the ancient “VAASTU VIDYA” of our state - Kerala

• We use our resources judiciously and reduce the over consumption .2. We have cleaned an ancient water way just beside our property and we are maintaining it hygienically.
• 2. We have under taken plant conservation effort in our area by planting herbs and medicinal plants.
• 3. We put enormous efforts to maintain eco-friendly atmosphere in the property.
• 4. We have renewable sources of energy in the form of solar water heater.
• 5. We conduct daily fumigation of our cottages with special herbs.
